Lemon Tree Café & Bistro is run by a husband-wife team Paul & Kim Eynon.

Paul  Eynon is self taught Chef, cooking with his grandmother in her kitchen in Bary south Wales  when he was a child sowed the seed for what was to become a long & friutful  career in later life.  
       Paul learned the trade working in  the industry the "old school" way, starting as a dish washer and climbing the ladder rung by rung until he reached Head Chef .
   Paul's passion for food has lead him to work in some of the busiest restaurants in Plymouth and his flare for Mediterranean cooking comes from drifting around the Greek islands in his youth.
Kim has a unique  gift of great customer skills & a sincerity  with people which raises this Bistro to the highest level.
